Black-Market Dice

{t}: Roll a die other than a d6 or d20.
{1}, {t}: Look at the top card of your library, then
roll a d6. If the roll is 4 or higher, you may put
that card on the bottom of your library.
{3}, {t}: Change the outcome of target die roll to a
number of your choice from 1 to 6.
