when it resolves destroy all non-token creatures and for each creature destroyed this way it's owner creates a 0/1 Rose Creature Token with "When this creature dies it's controller chooses either to deal 2 damage to any target or gain 2 life.

If this Creature is put onto the battlefield from anywhere but the command zone target creature gets -3/3 until end of turn.
