Black, the Ambitious

At the beginning of each upkeep, you may
remove a charge counter from Black. If you
don't, put a charge counter on Black. If you do,
choose one:
-Return target creature from your graveyard to
the battlefield.
-Sacrifice a creature and destroy target creature.
-Each player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
