Black Wand of Lolth

This Drow-made wand is stark black and feels a
little sticky when touched.
Once per day the wielder may say aracnus to cast
either Web at the second level or summon a
spider for 1 hour. As a bonus action, the spider
may be be issued a basic command such as attack
that, hide there, or run there for example.
