Whenever you scry, you scry that many cards plus 1 instead.
If you scry a card to the top you put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. If you scry a card to the bottom you create a 2/2 Blue Wizard Cultist creature token.
You may cast one spell from your graveyard each turn, if you do you lose life equal to its converted mana cost. Exile the card as it resolves.
