Damage from this weapon bypasses fire resistance,
and treats immunity as resistance. This weapon
has one luck point, which may only be used on
attack rolls. When you roll a 20 on your attack
roll with this weapon, each creature of you choice within 5 feet take 5 fire damage. Additionally set
target on fire for 1 minute, or until creature takes
an action to douse flames (1d4 damage per turn).
