Blackjack

On any player’s turn, they may pay {x} and play a game of Blackjack. The controller becomes the dealer and they draw from a deck of cards and play Blackjack. Tie goes to the dealer.
If the controller plays, a dealer is randomly selected from opponents.
When a player wins they get {x} Chip Tokens where {x} was their Wager. A 21 gives 2 {x}.
This cards controller always gains 1 Chip token when
a game is played.
