When you hit an opponent with this blade note the damage done by the necrotic damage bonus.
When you have 12 charges the gem is full.
You may add an extra 2d8 necrotic damage to any damage dealing spell.
The charges return to 0 once you have long rested.
You may use this ability three times a day.
