At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that player is higher on you on the leaderboard and has no cards in his or her hand, he or she loses 2 life.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that player is equal to or lower than you on the leaderboard and has no cards in his or her hand, each player higher than you on the leaderboard loses 2 life.
