Hydro Pump: When Blastoise, Shellfish Pokemon enters the battlefield, return target nonland, noncreature permanent to its owners hand. Blastoise assigns damage with its toughness rather than its power. Blastoise gains +0/+1 for each creature attacking you, or gains +0/+1 for each defending creature target defending player controls when it attacks until end of turn. Then if Blastoise, Shellfish Pokémon blocked a creature this turn, return target creature attacking player controls to its owners hand.
