Blazing Hope

At the beginning of your upkeep add {g} to your mana pool. You don't lose it as steps and phases end. At the beginning of
your opponents upkeep they add {c} to their mana pool. They don't lose this
mana as steps and phases end.
At the beginning of each players upkeep
that player may put a +1/+1 counter on a creature they control.
