Blazing Phantom, Wafko'eh

Cinder 5, opponents cannot gain life.
Each time you take damage from a creature with
cinder put a +1/+1 counter on Wafko'eh for
each damage dealt to you.
At the start of your upkeep you may deal damage
equal to Wafko'eh's power to any target creature,
any excess damage is dealt to that creature's controller.
I will remove you from this world, one cinder
at a time.
