Bleach Googles

A player losing unspent mana causes that player
to lose that much life.
At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice all
permanents. For each permanent sacrificed this
way create 10 treasure tokens. Your life total
becomes 1. At the end of turn, if you have no
permanents, you win the game. If you do you
lose the game.
