Blender

When Blender enters the battlefield, fetch a literal hecking blender, plug it into the nearest electrical outlet, and put it onto the battlefield.
{t}: Put target permanent into the blender
and replace the lid. Press the puree button,
wait for five seconds, and then press the off button.
