For each creature you control, create a red enchantment aura token named Dragon's Mantle
it has "When Dragon Mantle enters the battlefield, draw a card. Enchanted creature has
"{r}: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn."
Attach it to that creature.
Ferocious — If you control a creature with
power 4 or greater, you have no maximum hand
size until your next turn.
