Blessed Judgement

Whenever a human creature you control dies, Return it to the battlefield face down at the beginning of the next end step with a Judgement counter on it.
Remove a Judgement counter from target creature: Turn that creature face up with an additional +1/+1 counter attached to it. It has Haste. Exile it at the end of your combat step.
