When Blessing of Chaos enters the battlefield, put X loyalty counters on enchanted permanent.
As long as enchanted permanent is a creature, it is also an enchantment, artifact and planeswalker in addition to its other types and gains indestructable, "+1 Loyalty: Add one many of any color" and "-1 Loyalty: Untap target creature".
When Blessing of Chaos leaves the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else and scry Y, where Y is the amount of cards in your library.
