Blessing of the Nine

Depending on how much you paid for {x}, this spell has different effects that may occur at the caster's discretion.
Each upkeep do all of the following you are capable of:
{x}= 0-3 - untap {x} permanents you control,
{x}= 4-8 - deal {x} damage to one permanent
{x}= 9+ - search your library for one enchantment and place it on to your battlefield
