Blessings of the Fae

Will of the Council - Each player votes for
Mystical or Charmed. If Mystical has more votes
each player may draw up to five cards and cast an
instant or sorcery card without paying its mana
cost. If Charmed has more votes each player
may draw up to five cards and cast a creature card
without paying its mana cost. If the votes are
tied each player draws up to five cards and gains
five life.
