Blight of Lightning

Enchant player
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep,
that player discards two cards. If they can't,
Blight of Lightning deals 3 damage to enchanted
player.
When forced to decide between incinerating someone's
flesh or scorching their brain matter, most Grixis mages
will choose both.
