Blight of the Mortals

You may cast Blight of the Mortals as though it
had flash if you pay {2} more to cast it. (You may
cast it any time you could cast an instant.)
Each player sacrifices all creatures he or she
controls. For each creature sacrificed this way,
create a 2/2 black Zombie.
With the kingdom fallen and the their king turned, it
was only a matter of time.
