Blind Beggars hat

If a player were to draw a card, they instead
put the top card of there library in there
exile face down.
When Blind Beggars hat is put into the
graveyard from the battlefield, you
gain an emblem called "Lost Knowledge"
that says; "If a player were to draw a card,
they instead put the top card of there
library in there exile face down."
