Add {c} or {1} to your mana pool,
destroy all creatures you don't control, then regenerate all creatures except all creatures target opponent controls, you may gain 2 life, if you do, each opponent gains 3 life, also blinding light cannot be countered, you may sacrifice a creature, if you do, you may destroy target creature.
