Blinding path to Endarius

If your commander is in the command zone, you
can exile enchantments from your hand or field
to pay for one mana in that cards' mana types.
When you commander moves from the command
zone to the field or field to zone intact one of these:
•Zone to Field: Proliferate all counters in the game •Field to Zone: Draw one card for every time your commander left the command zone.
