As an Action, chose a creature within 30 feet.
It must make a Constitution Saving Throw, on a
failure the creature is blinded or deafened.
At the end of each of its turns, it can repeat the
save, ending the effect on the success.
You may add 1 additional target for each slot
level above 2.
