This shield perpetually glows with energy,
casting bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim
light for an additional 15 feet.
Additionally, while holstered on its user's back,
the shield will act as a glider and allow its user
to freely move while descending at a rate of 10
feet every 6 seconds.
