Blizzard Orb

At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
if that player has a blizzard counter, sacrifice
Blizzard Orb and remove all blizzard counters
from all players. Otherwise, that player chooses
two permanents they control.Tap all other
permanents that player controls and that player
gains a blizzard counter.
