Blob of Many Things

A rounded, green blob malleable enough to
be stretched into anything. Using an action,
you may form this blob into any item under
Adventuring Gear under or equal to 5 gp (i.e.
rope or caltrops). Upon usage, you must
complete a short rest before using the item's
ability again.
