Legends rule doesn't apply to Blob The Destroyer
{t} Sacrifice 3 creatures with power or toughness 3 or more and create a copy of Blob the Destroyer. You can only make copies of Blob The Destroyer this way.
When you deal combat damage to a player {ut} Blob The Destroyer. If you control 5 blob the destroyers, you win the game.
