Blood Drop Brooch

This brooch is attuned to by a droplet of blood falling onto the gem, and cannot be attuned to any other way. When attuned to this gem glows the
color of the attuned one's spirit. The gem does
1d6 necrotic damage to the next bloodied creature within 20ft and restores the wearer with the same amount of damage done. The gem can do this
once per day and only recharges in the moonlight.
However, if exposed to sunlight and its ability goes unused the gem forgets its attunement.
