Enchant Hunter or Human that has destroyed a creature this game. Enchanted creature is a Beast
in addition to its other types. It can't choose the target of its attacks. Its controller must attack if able. Whenever enchanted creature attacks, put a Madness counter on it and the controller of Blood Frenzy draws a card.
