Blood Moon's Influence

Whenever a land is tapped for mana put a charge counter on Blood Moon's Influence, then if
there are ten or more charge counters on Blood
Moon's Influence destroy all lands.
There are little tales of the effects of the Blood Moon.
Only the elders speak of it saying that it brings
ruin, and destruction to all, rivaling even that of the dragons. These are often ignored though for most
believe it to be stories, and only that.
