Blood Starved

At the beginning of enchanted players upkeep, add a blood counter to Blood
Starved. Then, if there are 3 or more blood counters on it, Enchanted Player loses half their life rounded down.
Whenever enchanted player attacks an opponent other than you, remove a blood counter from Blood Starved.
