When Bloodstained Crow deals combat damage
to a creature that creature gets a poison counter.
During the controller of that creature's upkeep
that creature gets another poison counter unless
the controller of that creature pays {2}. If any
creature has ten or more poison counters that creature gets exiled.
All that have gone have either died or come back with
a rotting odour
