Target creature makes a Wis save or is charmed
on a failure. It can repeat the save at the end of
each of it's turns.
- Adv on Str and Dex saves, and must attack each
turn or take one level of exhaustion.
- Gain HP equal to spell mod at start of it's turn.
- Resistance to piercing, slashing and bludgeoning.
- Can't cast spells, concentrate, or spare creatures.
- Bonus damage equal to spell mod.
At Higher Levels. One extra target per level.
