Blue Hat, the Collector

{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}{t}: each player reveals all cards exiled
by Blue Hat, the collector. Each player may put a permanent of each type onto the battlefield. All remaining cards are shuffled into the owner's libraries.
Blue Hat, the Collector's power is equal to the
number of cards you own exiled by Blue Hat, the collector's ability.
