If this card entered play from exile, when it enters the
battlefield put 2 +1/+1 counters on all wolfs and werewolfs you
control.
When this card enters play, put two phase counters on it. At the
beginning of your upkeep, remove one of them.
Whenever there would be no phase counters on this card, exile it
with two time counters. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove one
of them. Whenever there are no time counters on this card, put it
into play.
