Blue: Scry or Counter

Option 1 (On your turn):
When you play this card, you must look at the top
card of your deck. You can keep it on top of your
deck or you may put it at the bottom of your deck.
Option 2 (On your opponent's turn):
When one of your opponents plays a card, you
may discard this card in addition to the an
identical card your opponent just played in order
to stop your opponents play. This prevents any
effects of their card and their card will go to their discard pile.
