A blurred creature, planeswalker, non-creature spell or
land can be turned face up at any time for its mana
cost. Creatures get X +1/+1 counters on them, planeswalkers get X loyalty counters, non-creature
and non-planeswalker spells cost X less where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on it when it was a face
down creature.
