+2: For each opponent, exile target card from that player's graveyard and the top card of that player's library.
-4: Gain control of target artifact or creature until Bo Levar leaves the battlefield.
-8: Exile Bo Levar, then each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards.
