Bob the Builder

Whenever a player casts a creature spell,
that player must announce the creature's
full name, ask if they can fix it, and then
declare "Yes we can!" Otherwise Bob the
Builder counters that spell.
"Bob the Builder - can we fix it? Yes we can!"
