+2: Put 2 Bounty Counters on two different opponents creatures or Planewalkers, If Boba Fett destroyed these targets, then draw two cards per target.
-3: For each bounty counter achieved choose a target on an opponents battlefield and exile it. Draw a card for each target exiled this way.
-X: Look at the top X cards of your library and cast a Planeswalker with converted mana cost of X. That Planeswalker gains X Loyalty Counters.
