Whenever a Human enters the battlefield, tap it and put a +1/+1 counter on Boii, the Fuzzy Menace. Then, if there are three or more +1/+1 counters on Boii, the Fuzzy Menace, creatures can't attack this
turn.
When another Cat enters the battlefield, destroy it.
