Bolas's Meditation Realm

Creatures have haste and don't untap during their controllers untap step. You may pay {x} during
your turn to untap a creature. If you do, scry X.
If X is greater than 3, draw a card.
—Meditation Realm starts with 100 dimension counters and can be attacked. Remove counters
equal to the damage dealt, and add counters equal
to the number of attacking creatures. If you
remove the last counter, untap all creatures you control and put Nicol Bolas Revived onto the battlefield under your control.
