Bolting Wand

While you are carrying this wand you have
Advantage on Dexterity saving throws to
avoid lightning spells or attacks. If you pass
your saving throw you instead, take no
damage and may use your reaction to recast
the spell targeting the source. If you receive
no damage from the attack and the spell has
an aoe then it is negated and no other
creature is affected by the spell or attack.
