Bombastic

At the beginning of your upkeep you loose life equals to the number of fuse counter on the Bombastic Emblem
Whenever you deal damage to an opponent if you control the bombastic emblem you can give it to that player.
Add a fuse counter every time the bombastic emblem pass from one player to another
