Whenever Bomberman attacks and isn't blocked,
the defending player gets a Bomb counter.
{3}{r}: Deal X damage to target player and each creature they control, where X is equal to twice
the number of Bomb counters that player has.
Then, remove all Bomb counters from
that player.
