When Bongle, Kush Consumer enters, create X green spliff artifact tokens.
Sacrifice a spliff: Roll a d6.
1: Mill 5 cards.
2: Create 2 spliff tokens.
3: Surveil 1, then draw a card.
4: Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn.
5: Add {g}{g}{g} to your mana pool.
6: Tap target creature. Put three stun counters on it.

Each time you sacrifice a spliff token, put a +1/+1 counter on Bongle, Kush Consumer.
