Attach Boogie Bomb to target creature, and choose a creature that is physically next to the Boogie Bombed card. Those creatures are now tapped with 3 boogie counters. They do not untap during the untap phase if there are any boogie counters on them.

Remove one boogie counter from both of the Boogie Bombed creatures at the start of your upkeep phase.
