Bookworm Ridges

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player shuffles target card from their graveyard
into their library.
Whenever chaos ensues, scry 10. (Look at the top
ten cards of your library, then put any number of them
on the bottom of your library and the rest on top in
any order.)
